The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging (MNRAAA) invites older adults and caregivers to take part in a survey on services that are available in your city/town for individuals 60 years of age or older and/or their caregivers. The results of this survey are anonymous and will be used to strengthen services in your area.
The online survey will take approximately 5 minutes. Please complete it by April 16.
